The Check-In starts off with an uneventful week for Mack. Somehow, the conversation takes a left turn we end up talking about colostomy bags.  L.O. heads out to Fire Island to visit his sons at camp and has a close encounter with a deer. Vin is getting ready for his colonoscopy, something every man dreads but is totally necessary over the age of 45.  Rick shares another installment of Trash Wars: Flatbush Addition.  Apparently one of his neighbors is allowing their dog to relieve themselves in front of his house and this time it’s on camera. 

We discuss the case out of Biscayne Bay Park involving Chief Raimundo Atesiano who received three years in prison for violating the civil rights of two young Black men. The guys also talk about the bill passed by the Texas Senate that seeks to erase the atrocities from this country’s history.
