Welcome back to another episode of Decoding 40. Thanks to the planet of Brooklyn for coming in heavy with the downloads last week. Every once and a while the crew just has one of those Check-Ins that turns into a heart-to-heart amongst friends. This is one of those times. As men, it’s important to learn from one another and feel open enough to have these types of conversations. Fatherhood is a rewarding challenging responsibility and with Alaric, Leon, and Vincent all having children of various ages, it allows for several different perspectives. These conversations allow us to learn from each of our triumphs and mistakes, so we can become better men and fathers.
