Rick starts off the Check-In with some good news, his dad is out of the hospital and on the mend. He also celebrated his son’s 4th birthday with a party in Fort Greene Park in Brooklyn where all of the entire Decoding40 family was in attendance. L.O. spends some time hanging out with his wife enjoying the festivities of Harlem week. At work, he has to make a decision to eat or not to eat fried chicken. Was it the right call? Vin made his way to Brooklyn to help celebrate Rick’s son’s birthday and had a great time. He also does some mental healing by visiting his brother and Uncle.
