Welcome back to another episode of Decoding 40! The podcast is now picking up streams in Seattle! Thanks to everyone in the Emerald City who is taking the time to listen to the show and share the love.
This week, Rick checks in from Miami, where Art Basel is in full swing and he’s busy working with The Fearless Artist gallery. L.O. aka Leon Musk returns after renting a Tesla Model Y and heads up to Connecticut over the Thanksgiving break to be with family. Vin spends the Thanksgiving break at a potluck celebration hosted by Rick and his family. This time of the year is especially rough for some and Vin talks about his battle with depression.
Next, we discuss the controversy surrounding a recent Balenciaga ad that apparently included elements of BDSM and appeared to give a nod while paying homage to pedophilia and child pornography. In light of the backlash and outrage directed toward Kanye and Kyrie, the crew asks where are the calls for canceling this brand. And, oh yeah Jerry Jones gets some well-deserved heat for continually being on the wrong side of history when it comes to race relations in this country. Don’t think we forgot about you Jerral Wayne Jones!
You’ll hear this and so much more on this episode of Decoding 40.
